APEEE Supervision

Supervision after the activities:

The extracurricular service offers several new supervision options for students participating in extracurricular activities:

For nursery pupils:

  • Wednesdays and Fridays between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

For P1–P2 pupils :

  • Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 4:10 PM and 5:30 PM
  • Wednesdays between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM
  • Fridays, either:
    • From 12:50 PM to 1:50 PM + activities from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with supervision available from 3:10 PM to 5:30 PM
    • From 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, following an activity from 12:50 PM to 1:50 PM.

On Fridays, nursery and P1–P2 pupils who are in supervision have the option of taking the bus, either at 3:20 PM or at 4:10 PM.

For P3–P5 pupils:

  • Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 4:10 PM and 5:30 PM
  • Wednesdays between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

For S1-S2 pupils:

  • Wednesdays between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

 

Supervision without activities:

The extracurricular service also organises a supervision for children who are not taking part in any activities:

  • on Wednesday afternoon from 13:30 until 17:30 (for nursery until S2 pupils)
  • on Friday afternoon from 12:50 until 17:30 (for nursery and P1-P2)
  • on Friday afternoon from 15:00 until 17:30 (for P3-P5)

 

For both supervision options, children can be enrolled for one day a week or several.

The children are supervised by our staff. During the supervision period, they are free to engage in activities of their choice, such as doing their homework autonomously or playing. Materials will be provide to them.

 

New this year:

Supervised Study:

P3–P5 and S1–S3 pupils can benefit from a calm, structured environment in which to do their homework and review their lessons. They will be supervised by a specialist monitor who can provide support when needed, and a computer will be made available to give students access to the school’s platform.
