My name is Anne Robertz and I have been working in the Transport department of the APEEE in Laeken since January 2013.
Before joining the APEEE of Laeken, I studied and worked as a journalist and archaeologist, with each time a particular interest in data analysis and the identification of patterns and trends. It is these skills that allow me to flourish in the creation and management of our 161 bus circuits. With the help and support of my team (Linda, Aude, Daniela and Milena), I make sure that these circuits are harmonious and efficient enough to ensure that the 2,700 students we transport every day arrive at school on time and that they get home as soon as possible.
I work daily to improve our current and future IT tools, so that our online registration process and attendance tracking become as “user-friendly” as possible for parents. In this context, I notably ensure that the Together ESB4 app is increasingly effective so that parents can follow and calmly experience their children’s journeys on board our buses, between school and home.
The mission of the transport service is to offer students from nursery to secondary and from all linguistic sections the possibility to travel between home and school in the morning and school and home or nursery in the afternoon.
We also offer occasional travel on our routes with the help of tickets, available for sale on our online registration site.
