We meet pupils at the extracurricular meeting point (under the canteen) at 8:20 am, to start activities at 8:30 am.

The day concludes at 3:00 pm, except on Wednesdays at 12:30 pm. If your child is registered to the transport service, they will be able to take the 3.20 pm and 12.50 pm buses.

For students who are not registered to the transport service, the purchase of an occasional ticket on the registration site is possible, on condition that places are available. Tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note: for the Walibi outing, the return time is 5:30 pm. Please come and pick up your child at school. The date of the outing will be announced before the camp.

  • Pictures and Videos:

As a souvenir of this Summer Camp, pictures and videos will be taken during the activities, by the extracurricular service and by some of our partners. We will publish some of them on our APEEE website.

Those taken by our partners will be shared with you and published on their websites to promote their activities. If you do not wish your child to be filmed or photographed, please let us know in the “comments” box when registering.

  • Registration procedure:

Does your child wish to take part in the Summer Camp?

To register, please go to our registration site  on 25 April at 10 am, in the Extracurricular activities section, and choose the name of the camp you are interested in:

  • Summer Camp 2024 – Sport Camp
  • Summer Camp 2024 – Artistic Camp
  • Summer Camp 2024 – Theater in English Camp
  • Summer Camp 2024 – Programming Camp
  • MINI Summer Camp 2024

You will then receive an automatic mail inviting you to pay the amount corresponding to the chosen camp into the extracurricular service’s bank account. Please ensure that you make this transfer within 2 weeks, otherwise your place will no longer be guaranteed. We will not send out payment reminders.

Families who are not APEEE members for the current school year must first apply for the 2023-2024 membership fee before registering to the Summer Camp.

Payment of the membership fee is a prerequisite for participation in the Summer Camp. It is a condition of access to APEEE services. Any family in default of payment will have its order refused.

Please note: places are limited to 168 (154 for the 9 day Summer Camp and 14 for the 5 day Mini Summer Camp).

Registration is on a “first-come, first-served” basis! Beyond 168 places, the status of the following orders will be “on a waiting list“. We will contact you if a place becomes available.

Once payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming your child’s Summer Camp registration.

  • Cancellation policy:

Registrations are strictly nominative; therefore, it is not possible to transfer a place attributed to one pupil to another.

The APEEE reserves the right to cancel a camp if there are insufficient numbers of pupils.

All requests for cancellation before the start of the Summer Camp must be justified. Refunds of registration fees will only be accepted for requests made up to 3 working days before the start of the Summer Camp. After this date, no refunds will be made.

Once the Summer Camp has begun, only a medical certificate proving the impossibility of continuing to the end of the camp will justify a request for refund.  In this case, the amount to be refunded will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the remaining days, excluding tickets for outings.

  • Group constitution:

The extracurricular team is responsible for setting up the groups for each camp. The groups are randomly composed.

If your child wishes to be in the same group as another child, please mention this in the comments when registering.

The extracurricular service will do its best to satisfy these requests without guarantee.

  • Security and discipline:

The school rules apply to all services provided by the APEEE. Children are expected to demonstrate good citizenship and respect the equipment at their disposal. Any damage to equipment caused by a pupil during an activity will be charged to the parents.

Pupils are also responsible for their own belongings, in particular any valuables they bring to the activity. For any lost or forgotten items, please contact the Eureka service: eureka@bru4.eu. The APEEE is not responsible for lost or stolen items, nor for any damage to pupils’ equipment. Pupils are asked to comply with the code of conduct and follow the instructions of their teacher and the APEEE.

Pupils registered for Summer Camp must wait for their teacher at the meeting point and must not enter the activity room without permission.

The APEEE is not responsible if a child does not attend Summer Camp

For sport activities, pupils must wear appropriate footwear and clothing.

Bullying is not tolerated under any circumstances. Any incident of bullying will be reported immediately to the Extracurricular Committee, which will take appropriate action.

Bringing dangerous objects (knives, pocketknives, lasers, etc.) to activities, other than those permitted for medical reasons, is strictly forbidden for pupils and teachers. Furthermore, the Extracurricular Committee and/or the Extracurricular Office reserve(s) the right to take disciplinary action, up to and including exclusion from the activity or the entire camp, against children who fail to comply with the present regulations, and in particular if they are responsible for incidents that endanger the safety of other children, the teacher or any other person. Please note that exclusion from the service does not give entitlement to a refund of the camp.

  • Illness and Accident

To date, the children, as long as they are on the school site, are covered by the school’s insurance. Outside, they are covered by the insurance of the partner with which the APEEE works.

Parents are required to inform the extracurricular service if the pupil suffers from an illness or chronic symptoms (allergy, asthma, diabetes, etc.).

As a rule, no medication will be provided by the extracurricular staff.

In the event of accident or injury during an activity, the extracurricular service will first contact the school infirmary (during opening hours) and inform parents by telephone or e-mail. Outside the infirmary’s opening hours, the extracurricular office will contact the emergency services according to the situation and inform parents by telephone.

For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone 02.474.10.92/99 or by email periscolaire@bru4.eu.
