How can I register my child for the canteen service?

  1. Go to our online registration site: log in to your APEEE account by clicking the button below, or create an account if you are a new parent.
  2. Verify your information: check if the data in your profile is up to date. Modify it if necessary. It is important to use an active email address, as this is where all canteen-related updates will be sent.
  3. Renew your APEEE membership fees: one membership fee per household per school year must be paid. Paying this fee is mandatory to access the services.
  4. Enrol your child: create an order for the canteen service. Subscriptions for the 2nd and 3rd terms are automatically created by the system.

Enrolment in the school canteen is an annual subscription made on a quarterly basis and are renewed by tacit agreement at the end of each quarter for the following quarter based on the same choice of days:

  •  Expanded weekly attendance options
      • Nursery and Primary: children can now be enrolled from 1 to 4 days per week (choosing from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).
      • Secondary: students can now be enrolled from 1 to 5 days per week. The requested days must be selected during registration. For any  changes, contact canteen@bru4.eu.

For Wednesday registrations

  • New Wednesday lunch service
    • Pupils enrolled in the OIB childcare or an extracurricular activity: a hot meal is already included in their respective fees.
    • Pupils who are not enrolled in the OIB childcare or an extracurricular activity: a dedicated lunch service is now available on Wednesdays in the APEEE canteen. The canteen team will collect pupils at the end of classes, accompany them to the refectory, and supervise them throughout the meal.
    • Parent pick-up: takes place directly at the refectory between 13:05 and 13:20.
    • Cost: €9 per Wednesday. Registration is made on a quarterly basis via canteen@bru4.eu.

The subscription is made in three payment instalments.

You will be able to modify or cancel any registration on our online registration system as long as your status is “Being processed”.

We urge you to read the Canteen Rules which are mandatory to accept in order to continue the registration. By registering your child, you will be deemed to have read and accepted the rules in their entirety.
