Prices and payment

Below is the price for an annual canteen subscription depending on your child’s class. For instalment prices and daily tickets, please see the bottom of the page.

Enrolments in the school canteen are made on a quarterly basis and are renewed by tacit agreement at the end of each quarter for the following quarter based on the same choice of days per week.

The canteen subscription is due in 3 instalments:

  • 1st instalment, in September. Communication of the payment will be sent in August;
  • 2nd instalment, in January. Communication of the payment will be sent in December;
  • 3rd instalment, in April. Communication of the payment will be sent in March.

You will receive a payment request per child by email for each instalment, with the amount, bank details and structured communication. We remind you of the importance of compliance with this policy in the proper processing of your payment.

A 10% reduction is granted for the 3rd registration of a child from the same family in the canteen. System is applying the reduction automatically to the 3rd subscription. If not, please send an email to the canteen service: canteen@bru4.eu

Nursery and primary pupils can now be enrolled from 1 to 4 days per week (choosing from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).

Secondary pupils can be enrolled from 1 to 5 days per week.

For Wednesday registrations

  • Pupils enrolled in the OIB childcare or an extracurricular activity: a hot meal is already included in their respective fees
  • Secondary pupils: As places being limited, secondary students who have lessons in the afternoon have priority. Staff canteen is used for the hot meal between 11:00 – 14:00

Tickets

It is possible to buy tickets for occasional meals :

  • Pupils: 9,00€/ticket
  • External visitors: 10,00€/ticket

The ticket is for a complete meal. Drinks are to be paid additionally (prices as for the staff’s canteen).


When & how to buy tickets:

  • Pupils:
    • via “myNetPay” app at the latest the day of its use and before 9:00 am.
    • at the canteen office, payment with the badge.

The pupil will have to present his/her badge when entering the canteen.
