APEEE BRU IV App

APEEE BRU IV” is the mobile app developed by the Parents’ Association of the European School Brussels IV to manage its transport, canteen and extracurricular activities services.

You can download it from your smartphone on Google Play (Android) or on the App Store (iOS). This access system will keep you informed in real time of your child’s presence in our services.

Our ” APEEE BRU IV ” app aims at facilitating the use of our services and consists in managing your child’s access to the transport, the canteen and the cafeterias as well as the extracurricular activities.

If you do not have our APEEE BRU IV app yet:

  1. Download the application by browsing for “APEEE BRU IV” on your smartphone, in your App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Enter your username and password. To get them, please send us an email canteen@bru4.eu with the objectAPEEE BRU IV – App – Login” asking for your password for the app.
    Note that you will have access to all our services in our application.
  3. Once in the app, click on the “Canteen” and/or “Cafeteria” section and find your child’s information.

What is the purpose of using our app?

When entering the canteen, your child will pass his/her token in front of a reader, which will activate his/her presence in our system and will be directly visible in the application through your parent profile.

If your child is in secondary, you will be able to consult the remaining balance on his/her account and top it up if necessary. Top up is done either on the app or by credit card via the terminal available on the 2nd floor of the building – more information below.

Payments to cafeterias are made by magnetic token. You need to top up your child’s account in order for your child to be able to purchase our cafeteria items. 

How to top up my account?

Via the app

To top up your account via the app, simply open the app, and select the “Cafeteria” tab. Then click on “Add money to account” and choose an amount (between €10, €20, €50 or €100) and a payment method.

You can then check your balance by going back to the “Cafeteria” tab.

Via the canteen building’s terminal

You or your child can also come to the terminal located on the 2nd floor of building D (canteen building), near the canteen manager’s office. You will also have the option to choose an amount between 10€, 20€, 50€ or 100€ and you may pay by credit card.

You can then check your balance by going to the “Cafeteria” tab of your app.

How the application works with the school's token

Our application is working through the token issued by the school to all students. This token must be activated by our system before using our services. To do so, please send us an email (canteen@bru4.eu) with your child’s name, lastname and class. Your child may also come directly to our offices (D building only for now) to have his/her token activated manually.

The token is linked to a parent account to be created via the “APEEE BRU IV” app.

The token is valid from M1 to S7 and does not have to be renewed every year. Hence, if your child’s token has already been activated, you can continue to use our services.

Lost token?

Let us know as soon as possible.

Secondary: Also inform the educational adviser of your child’s level and ask them to issue a new token and come to our offices to activate this token.

(Nursery/Primary: Also inform the secretariat by sending them an email).

You can ask us (canteen@bru4.eu) a temporary token so that your child can continue to eat in the canteen or cafeterias. A deposit of €5 will be taken from the account.

How to pre-order?

You can also pre-order using our app!

You can order your lunch up to two weeks in advance.

Go to our “Cafeteria” section and select “Pre-orders” then “Make pre-order“. Choose among the articles proposed, then choose a pick up place and a time. Finally, select the day of your pre-order and validate.

Your order is registered and will be delivered at the time and place of your choice!

Note: One pre-order = one day. If you wish to pre-order an item over three days, you must place three separate pre-orders.
