Somerfesto 25/05 : Registration & Volunteering

The preparations for this year’s edition of Somerfesto are in full swing.

This article will give you an overview of what to expect and how to get ready for 25 May.

What can you expect?

Somerfesto will feature attractions for pupils of all ages, from bouncy castles for the very young to obstacle runs and games for the senior pupils. Volunteering parents, from the various nations that are represented in EEB4, will spoil you with delicacies from their countries and there will be ice cream, popcorn, candy and much more. The Science Fair will flabbergast you with exciting experiments and the school choir, orchestra and rock band will delight you with their musical performances. You can buy a Somerfesto T-Shirt at the APEEE stand and/or a Hoodie from the CdE and win one of the many prizes of our raffle. The full programme of Somerfesto is available here.

What do you need to enter the school premises?

Access to Somerfesto is free but registration is mandatory so you will need to register beforehand in order to obtain your pass. You will find all relevant information here.

How can you pay at Somerfesto?

Somerfesto is a cashless event, our currency are tokens (bye bye paper Kuponos) and bracelets that you can order via the Canteen App and pick up several days before Somerfesto. The bracelets will give you access to the attractions and the tokens are your “money” for food and drinks and the activities like face painting or the photo booth. Find out how to buy tokens and bracelets here.

How can you help?

In order to make Somerfesto a great party and to guarantee everyone’s safety we need your help. Sign up as a volunteer here.

The programme of Somerfesto is still evolving so be sure to return to the website regularly for updates.

We look forward to seeing you on May 25th,

The Somerfesto Committee
