Update 16/03 : Please find below the new pick up points and eating locations for the primary lunch boxes
We are pleased to announce that from Monday 15 March 2021, hot lunch boxes will be available for your primary and secondary children, in addition to the lunch boxes already available.
The pre-order system in place since last Thursday will still apply for these hot lunch boxes. Starting tomorrow, Saturday 13 March, at 10 am, you can pre-order your hot lunch box on our APEEE BRU IV application up to two weeks in advance and no later than the day before at 12pm.

The pick-up points have been modified and will be available in our APEEE BRU IV app from tomorrow, 10am.
Have you already placed a pre-order(s) for the next few days?
If you have pre-ordered for the next few days, please note that your child will need to collect his/her cold lunch box from the delivery points listed below, instead of the pick-up point previously indicated when you pre-ordered:
- P1 + P2 EN, DE, RO: L2 (2nd floor, canteen building)
- P2 FR, IT, NL, ET, BG : salle polyvalente (R building)
- P3 + P4: L3 (3rd floor, canteen building)
- P5: L2 (2nd floor, canteen building)
- Secondary: L3 or Cafeteria (R building) or Snack Shack
Have you already placed a pre-order(s) for the next few days and would like to switch to a hot lunch box?
If you have pre-ordered for the next few days and would like to change your order to a hot lunch box, it’s possible!
Send us an email to canteen@bru4.eu before 12pm on Sunday 14 March, mentioning your child’s name, first name, class and indicating which lunch box you had pre-ordered and wish to cancel (type and day). Pre-order your new hot lunch box from tomorrow, 10am in our APEEE BRU IV app.
