Dear parents, dear class representatives and voting members of the extraordinary General Assembly of the APEEE EEB IV,
Following the information meeting held on January 18 you will find a PDF version of the draft statutes with the changes appearing in track changes, with explanations provided for each change as a comment in the margin.
You will also find the answers of the APEEE to questions put in writing or orally in relation to the information meeting.
We wish to remind you that it is vital that you participate in the extraordinary General Assembly, which will begin this Tuesday 25 January as of 19.00 and should last one hour at most. The object of these changes is to adapt our statutes to the Code des sociétés et des associations in order in particular to allow for more flexible advance voting procedures and on-line general assemblies, in order to facilitate your participation in future ordinary and extraordinary General Assemblies.
