Canteen: Terms of the 3rd instalment

Creation of 3rd instalment

It is time to create the subscriptions for the 3rd instalment. On March 1st, our system created the subscriptions. Parents who wish to make any adjustment to their children’s subscriptions are asked to contact us as soon as possible at : canteen@bru4.eu or evangelos.pilatos@bru4.eu

Please note that children registered for the canteen service for the 3rd instalment, whose subscription payments for the 2nd instalment have not yet been settled, will not be included in the 3rd instalment list until the amounts due for the 2nd instalment have been settled in full.

Payment 3rd instalment

On Monday 18th of March, a communication for the payment of the 3rd instalment will be sent out. You did not receive the communication? Our communication may be in your spam folder. If you have not received the communication, please contact us as soon as possible at: canteen@bru4.eu or evangelos.pilatos@bru4.eu

School Ski Trip for P5 students

A communication has been sent to parents with children in P5 that attended the Ski Trip in January. Please verify the spam folder of your mailbox if you don’t see it in your inbox. This year three options are available as follows: 
•    Option 1: By default, we transfer the amount to your bank account. 
•    Option 2: We can transfer the amount to a badge/token of a child in our school.
•    Option 3: We can proceed to a reduction of the amount to be paid for the 3rd period.
