During this activity, various exercises inspired by Yoga, Pilates and Tai-chi are proposed to the children.
Each session includes :
– A relaxing moment with music
– Stretching and relaxation of each part of the body
– Muscular activation in the form of fun games
– Work on balance with static positions
These exercises help to develop different objectives, such as awareness of sensations, relaxation, agility, balance, coordination of movements and mobility.
