Pedagogical Meeting – 24/09

Dear Parents,

The APEEE board and the Pedagogical team both wish that the start of the school year went smoothly for you all.

With school on its way, some of you might already have some questions, proposals or issues to bring up to us. Also, it is again time for each section to elect their section representative to be part of the pedagogical team.

For this reason, we are inviting you all to join us this 24th of September at 7pm at the salle polyvalente. Please register via this link before September 23rd, 4pm : https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1uZ3xARPVaUYVZKHBdMOxKSeci1AREn9_sgEVVIE4Kq0/edit

Members of the board and the parents’ pedagogical working group will be there to listen to you and answer your questions. We will also be presenting the different working groups and will give each section the opportunity to elect their representatives.

It is very important that every class is represented, we ask all our elected class reps to make sure a parent from their class will be attending. Please note that it is not necessary to be a class representative to be a section representative and that the election of the section representatives is up to each section and its class representatives.

You may also come if you are just interested in getting involved in the APEEE activities.

Here is a small preview of the evening:

  • 7:00pm: Open floor for comments, proposals, questions and answers
  • 8:00pm: Presentation on the role of section reps and working groups
  • 8:15pm: Sign up for working groups
  • 8:30pm: Section meetings and the election of section reps
  • 9:00pm: Presentation of section reps to the assembly

Here are some of the working groups and topics where we would really appreciate having more parents helping us with:

Behaviour, SEN, Community fund, community building, Lobbying at an institutional level, green school, IT, Interparents…

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us: pedagogie@bru4.eu

We all look forward to seeing you soon.

Kind regards,

The Pedagogical team and Board from the APEEE BRU IV
