The start of the new school year is just around the corner and we hope you have had a nice summer break!
Reminder: extracurricular activities will start on Monday 25 September 2023 for all pupils.
To prepare as well as possible the restart of our service, extracurricular enrolments for nursery, primary and secondary pupils will be suspended between 11 September and 24 September 2023 included.
During this period, it will not be possible to make new orders or changes. Only cancellation requests sent by email will be taken into account.
You will be able to enrol your child in the extracurricular programme again from 25 September 2023 at 10AM.

REMINDER: If your child is registered for activities on Friday afternoons, we remind you to please come and pick up your child after school on Fridays 8 and 15 September 2023. No activities or supervision will be organised on these days.
NEW: For Friday 22 September, 2 activities will be organised for M1-P2 pupils, but only on registration. More information here >>
Please note that places will be limited and that the “first come, first served” principle will apply.
How to register for an extracurricular activity?
Reading and accepting the extracurricular activities rules is mandatory in order to finalise your registration.
- Go to our online registration system: Log in to your APEEE account >
- Check if your profile information is up to date and change it if necessary.
- Renew your APEEE membership fee. A membership per household and per school year is requested. The membership opens access to our services.
- Having carefully read the rules, register your child to the extracurricular activities service before 11 September 2023.
