Covid-19 // Article 9 – Reimbursement for services not provided

We have all been facing a difficult period for several weeks now. Border closures and containment measures are disrupting our daily lives and we sincerely hope that you and your loved ones are doing well.

The APEEE is committed to reimburse as much as possible for the services that were not provided during that lockdown period. We are working hard to find the right balance between reducing the costs on one side and preparing for a smooth reopening of our services once the situation will allow it.

As per March 16th, part of the APEEE staff was placed on temporary unemployment (the canteen team at almost 80% of the workforce, around thirty instructors and extracurricular teachers).

The other part continues to work from home in order to settle current affairs, prepare service registrations for the 2020-2021 academic year, check and update current procedures, assess and consider the consequences of the current situation on the processes of tomorrow and their financial impacts.

As soon as concrete decisions and information are communicated to us, we will keep you informed of the action taken on the issue of refunds.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.
