As announced in our communication of 23 April, the APEEE Board had taken the decision that reimbursements for services not provided in the 1st term of the 2020-2021 school year due to the Covid-19 situation would take place after the end of the fiscal year.
This week, you will receive the amount of services not provided during the periods in the 1st term when our transport, canteen and extracurricular activities services were unable to operate.
As a reminder, the payment requests for the 2nd and 3rd instalments of your child’s transport subscription precisely included the days that your child used the transport service and the amounts foreseen for your 2020-2021 canteen subscription for the 2nd and 3rd terms had been cancelled except for nursery children for the period from 4 to 23 March inclusive, so you were not charged for the days our transport and canteen services were not running.
