The 20th, 21st and 22nd of December 2021 will be online teaching days for all nursery and primary students and some secondary students will not be present on the school site. Please note that our transport, canteen and extracurricular activities services will operate as follows:
- Transport
All morning buses will run normally. The return buses will operate as follows:
- The 3:20 pm departure – dedicated to nursery and primary children – is cancelled on 20 and 21 December
- Only the 4:10 pm departure – which is for secondary students – is maintained (bus n° 2XX) on 20 and 21 December (including buses going to the garderies)
- On Wednesday 22 December, the 2nd departure at 4:10 pm is moved to 12:50 pm (bus n° 2XX) and the garderie buses are running. To find out when your child’s bus will arrive, click here >
For capacity reasons, no tickets will be available.
- Canteen
The 2nd floor of the canteen building will be closed from 20 December, all meals will be taken on the 3rd floor on 20 and 21 December.
On Wednesday 22 December, the canteen will be closed; children registered in the canteen will receive a lunch box to be collected from the cafeteria. More information will follow in a separate email to the parents concerned.
The cafeteria in the R building will be open until Wednesday 22 December included. Please note that the Snack Shack is closed since 8 December.
- Extracurricular activities
On 20,21 and 22 December, there will be no activities for nursery and primary pupils. The courses for secondary students will continue.
