The extracurricular service is delighted to invite you to the Performing Arts Day!

Event:

The event will take place on Saturday 27 April from 11.00am to 5.30pm at the Brussels IV European School (Drève Sainte-Anne, 90)!

Ticket:

To participate in the event, you will need a ticket. Our online ticketing service will be open beginning of April.

Please note: participation is free but registration is mandatory – one ticket per person.

Activities:

Like every year, many activities will be held on this special day!

Your children are preparing every week, whether it’s to amaze you with a performance/concert, or to outdo themselves in a tournament!

Children registered for multiple activities and whose performance schedules overlap will be required to choose. Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee that all schedules will be suitable for everyone.

Your child’s involvement:

In order for our monitors to plan this event as effectively as possible, we need to know whether your children will be taking part in the performances and tournaments.

To do this, please fill in the participation form(s), below before Monday 11 March 2024.

For the music concerts (piano, guitar, saxophone and violin), we do not require prior registration, as participation is on an individual basis.

For the children registered in multiple activities during the year and who wish to take part in several performances, we ask you to fill in several forms.

Please note that : 

• participation in shows and tournaments is reserved only for children taking part in the activities (mentionned in the forms) during the year.
• if we receive a low number of registrations, we will be forced to cancel certain performances. However, if we receive too many registrations, we will have to limit the number of places on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
