On Friday, December 20, 2019, the school classes end at 12:30 pm. Please note that our transport, canteen and extracurricular services will operate as follows :
Transport
All our buses will run normally in the morning and the return buses this Friday noon will operate like Wednesdays noon:
- The 12:50 pm departure is ensured (bus n° 3XX)
- Buses to OIB garderies will leave at 1:30 pm
- The 3:20 pm and 4:10 pm departures are cancelled
For capacity reasons, no tickets will be available.
Extracurricular activities
ATTENTION : There will be NO extracurricular activities for nursery, primary and secondary students.
Canteen
Update : No Cargo Bike on 19/12 and 20/12
Nursery and primary pupils as well as S1 and S2 students registered at the garderie will be able to eat in the canteen.
For the other secondary students, the cafeteria (building R) will be open until 2:00 pm and the Snack Shack until 3:00 pm.
Please note that the same will apply to Friday, April 3, 2020, prior to the Easter holidays and that due to the school’s annual pedagogical day, there will be no transport, canteen and extracurricular activities on Monday, 6 January 2020.
