Following our communication of 2 September and the many feedback received, we would like to inform S3 and S4 parents registered at the canteen of the following points:
The deadline for cancelling your child’s canteen registration has been delayed: you will still be able to cancel your child’s registration in S3 or S4 in the coming weeks. The previously announced deadline was incompatible with the constant changes due to the various scenarios being considered to find a solution and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If you cancel your canteen registration, please ignore the payment request you have received today and send an email to email@example.com indicating that you are cancelling your registration. Please note that you will still be able to re-register at a later date.
As previously announced, students are currently required to pick up their lunch from the cafeteria (building R). We were told that the waiting time to collect lunch from the cafeteria was relatively long, so we have already worked on the student flow and strengthened our staff. We would like to remind you that the sanitary measures imposed (disinfecting hands at the entrance to the cafeteria, keeping distance, etc.), which are essential for everyone’s safety, may delay your child’s access to the cafeteria.
We continue to work together with the school and explore the various actions that can be taken to find a lasting and satisfactory solution.
The packed lunch is composed as follows: a starter of the day, a dish of the day (hot meal), a yogurt or a fruit and a drink: students will have the choice between still water, sparkling water or a spa duo.
We hope that a solution to this temporary situation will be reached in the coming days and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
You can be certain that we are doing our utmost so that your children can eat in the canteen while trying to cope with the new regulations imposed by the virus.
