Registration to enter Somerfesto
- Registration for Somerfesto is free but mandatory.
- You need one registration per person, even for pupils!
- To register and get your QR code, please click on the button below
- Please bring your ID/passport or EEBIV badge and the QR code from Eventbrite (to be presented on your smartphone or in print).
- Please avoid bringing backpacks.
Buying Tokens and Bracelets
The Bracelets will give you access to the attractions and the Tokens are your “money” for food, drinks and the activities.
- You can pre-order packages of tokens and bracelets via the Canteen App. Click on the button below to find out how it works.
- The options are:
10 x 1€ tokens for 10€
10 x 2€ tokens for 20€
1 bracelet for 10€
1 package of 50 tokens for 40€ – Special deal!
- The Deadline to pre-order is Wednesday, 22 May at 23:59.
- Your order can be picked up at the APEEE offices or in situ on the 25th:
- Secondary students: pick-up in the APEEE director’s office (S building, 2nd floor on the right) from 09:30 until 15:00, on the 17th, the 23rd and the 24th of May
- Primary students will receive an envelope from their teachers
- You will be able to buy Bracelets and Tokens on the day of Somerfesto at full price (electronic payment only) but in order to spare you queuing up on the day of the event, we advise you to place your orders ahead of time.
