Matteo Costarelli

Pedagogical vision

Music teaches self-expression through discipline and creativity.

Born in Italy, Matteo is a singer, composer/author and teacher of singing and piano (beginner-intermediate level).

He studied at the Conservatory of Perugia and privately with several teachers (Cinzia Spata, Marta Raviglia, Maria Grazia Pittavini, Alessandro Bravo, Manuel Magrini, etc…). This is where he learned to master jazz, pop and lyrical singing, pop and jazz piano, pop and folk guitar, and singing art. He has more than 20 years of experience in music, with more than 500 concerts in cafés, clubs, theatres, festivals, squares, private events, a song album, an EP, two singles, many collaborations with the theatre world (www.matteoschifanoia.com).

He has several musical projects in the field of jazz and pop. His passion for music inevitably led him to the world of music teaching, something he has been doing since 2017.
