1st semester
The objective of the first semester is to perfect one’ s guitar practice.
Children master the basics of the guitar. They will play with different instruments and use effects, such as acoustic, electric, bass or loop station guitars to enhance their musical sensitivity. The children will play more complex songs and melodies that they choose together, together with the drum monitor. In this way they will develop their sense of rhythm. At the same time as practicing the instrument, they improve their knowledge of music theory.
2nd semester
The objective for the second half of the year is to improve the Group’s harmony.
The children continue to develop and also focus on how to play with other students as a group. The students choose the pieces they want to play in different styles, they start to have a repertoire and compose more and more together.
To improve your guitar learning, we offer private lessons with Giotis or Adrien.
Please bring your own guitar (if necessary, spare material available at the school).
