Circuit training is a complete sport based on a sequence of physical exercises following a fun course. Through a variety of workshops combining sport and play, children improve their mobility, reflexes, dexterity, balance, flexibility and endurance.
Functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental when children play or participate in individual and team sports: running, throwing, pulling, pushing, climbing, lifting, jumping, etc.
Circuit training is an excellent way for children to burn off energy, push themselves and gain strength and self-confidence!
New workshops are added to the circuit every week. The children then have challenges to take up: challenges of speed, precision and endurance!
Both individual and group exercises are available. As the year progresses, more complex and sometimes more intense courses are proposed.
During Circuit Training, there are no firsts or lasts: all the children are there to progress by taking on challenges together, each at their own pace and always having fun!
