On 18-19 December a European Summit will take place in the Council building. Traffic disruptions and access problems in the EU Quarter are expected. The Reyers tunnel will be closed from 12.00 hrs on 18th. The security perimeter will be installed from 13.30 hrs.
Particular attention is drawn to a demonstration that is announced for 19th from 7.00 hrs.
