It’s Somerfesto time again! We have begun organising our annual school party, which will be held on Saturday, June 14. In order to make this year’s party a success, we need your help.
Somerfesto is a full day of fun family activities, including magic shows, bouncy castles, face painting, and games. The day will end with a Disco for the P5+ classes. Parents staying on while their children are at the disco can enjoy a Jazz Cafe.
All money raised from the Somerfesto activities are used by the committee to buy things for the school and to make donations to local charities. Details of how the money has been spent will be posted on the APEEE website shortly.
We can only make this happen with the help of parents. We are urgently looking for as many volunteers as possible to help plan and organise Somerfesto, for example for the karaoke stand, the disco, various activities, and a clean-up manager.
The more people get involved, the better the party will be!
