Pedagogical Vision

With courage, strength, and hard work, anything is possible.

As a top-level athlete and coach for several years, I am a multiple medalist and national, regional, and provincial champion. The highlight of my career so far has been winning the European Team Championship title in Finland with my club.

I coach everyone from children to young adults, specializing in the high jump.

Track and field is a well-rounded sport based on three fundamental skills: running, throwing, and jumping. These skills form the foundation of many athletic activities and effectively develop general physical abilities. The goal of this class is to improve participants’ physical abilities through varied and progressive exercises. Particular emphasis will be placed on developing coordination, jumping power, endurance, strength, speed, and reflexes. These skills are essential for progressing in track and field and improving overall performance.

Throughout the year, students will discover and practice various disciplines such as the high jump, long jump, hurdle racing, sprinting, endurance running, and relay races.

Beyond the purely athletic aspect, this course also aims to instill essential values. The various learning experiences will encourage each participant to give their all, push beyond their limits, and persevere in the face of challenges. Track and field also requires discipline, rigor, and consistency, as progress depends on repeating technical movements and regular training.
