To the attention of parents of children enrolled in OIB daycares – Friday, May 15
On Friday 15 May, the daycare organised by the OIB will be closed both at the school site and at the central sites. There will therefore be no OIB daycare buses on that day (neither at 1:00 p.m. nor 3:20 p.m. or 4:10 p.m.). The other buses from 3:20 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. will run normally.
➜ If your child is enrolled in daycare and is in kindergarten or P1/P2 and is not registered for an extracurricular activity on Friday, his classes will end at 12:45 p.m. You can either:
- Pick them up from school at 12:45 p.m.
- Buy them a ticket for the “Drop Off Merode” stop, which departs at 1:00 p.m. and arrives at Merode around 1:30 p.m.: procedure to follow /25 seats available.
- Register them for the supervision from 12:50 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Registrations open on the website https://services.apeee-bxl4.be/en/users/login.html until 13/05. Price: €20. 25 seats available.
➜ When extracurricular activities end at 3:20 pm, you can either:
- Pick up your child from school at 3:20 pm.
- Let them know that they are taking a bus back home: they are either already registered on one of our buses, or they will need to take a transport ticket: procedure.
- Register them for exceptional supervision and come pick up your child before 5:30 p.m.
➜ When extracurricular activities end at 4:10 p.m.:
- Pick up your child from school at 4:10 p.m.
- Let them know that they are taking a bus back home: they are either already registered on one of our buses or they will need to take a transport ticket: procedure.
- Register them for exceptional supervision and come pick up your child before 5:30 p.m.
In any case, don’t forget to include the arrangements for that day in your child’s diary and to inform the pedagogical team.
