Specific training is a personalized training session in a small group (8 to 10 players). The goal is to provide tailored coaching to develop your technical, physical, and mental skills.
During specific training sessions, the focus is on perfecting specific aspects of the game (passing, dribbling, shooting abilities). The sessions are tailored to each participant to allow them to develop specific technical aspects or those specific to the position they wish to occupy on the pitch.
