Registrations for APEEE’s Extracurricular activities for the school year 2026–2027 will open on Tuesday 16th June 2026 at 10:00 am on our registration website.

The extracurricular activities will start on the 28th September 2026 and finish on the 18th June 2027 included.

→ A supervision is proposed for nursery and P1-P2 pupils for the 4 Fridays’ afternoons of September (from the 5/09 til 25/09) from 12:50 until 15:00. Enrolments to these supervisions can be made through the same registration website. 

New activities

We have carefully reviewed the feedback received from families and worked to refine our programme to offer a wide range of fun and original activities that cater to the different interests and needs of our pupils.

Among this year’s new activities are German and Dutch group language lessons, fitness, European folktales, knitting, and many more.

Choosing an activity in advance can sometimes feel like a big decision, especially for small children. Please remember that, subject to availability, it is possible to change activities during the school year if another option turns out to be a better fit for your child.

For secondary students: depending on their final timetables and room availability, additional activities will be offered between 3:10 pm and 4:10 pm. A communication will be sent out mid-September. Should you have suggestions for specific activities, you can send them to the Périscolaire team (periscolaires@bru4.eu) and we will look into them.

We’ve also expanded our offer of supervision and return buses:

• Supervised study (P3-P5 + S1-S3) from 15h10-16h10 and/or from 16h10-17h30 every single day: This session offers a calm, structured environment where pupils, supported by a specialised monitor and with access to a computer, can do their homework and review their lessons.
• Supervision (P1-P5) from 16h10-17h30 every single day: After the activities, the children can be supervised by our staff. They can choose to do their homework autonomously or play during this hour.
• Bus Periscolaire at 17h40 for all pupils: the bus stops at 2 places (one in the North of Brussels and another one in the European quarter).

Prices 

Registrations for extracurricular activities are open all year long.

The payment is annual. However, upon request from parents, a payment plan with three instalments can be offered. You can find the price breakdown by activity for next year directly in the programme.

Trial classes

• For private lessons, it is possible to arrange a trial class with the monitor before committing to a full programme.
• For group activities, trial classes may be offered once activities have started and only if places remain available in the class.

Please note that enrolments are made on a first come first serve basis. So, don’t wait too long to enrol your kids!
