Every week, children discover a European country through one of its traditional tales or legends. Throughout the school year, the 27 countries of the European Union are explored, with a few additional sessions reserved for favorite stories and seasonal tales.
At the beginning of the session, children first choose the country to discover—a way to feed their curiosity and their sense of participation. Each session then includes a short introduction to the country (map, flag, some cultural anecdotes), reading of the story, then a creative or interactive activity related to history: drawing, role play, discussion, small crafts…
The stories are carefully selected and adapted for children, then translated into French and/or English, depending on the language of the activity.
