If you would like to become a Stand Coordinator and host one of the amazing food stands that are the hallmark of every Somerfesto, or a fun activity stand, please fill in this form.
A Stand coordinator is the person in charge of a stand. They will organise their volunteers and set up (chairs and tables) and clean up the stand with the help of their volunteers. The stand coordinator will need to come to Somerfesto before 11AM to set up the stand and stay after 18:00 until the site is cleaned. The deadline for the stand registration is 09 May 2026.
