myNetPay

myNetPay is the mobile app used by the Parents’ Association of the European School Brussels IV to manage its Canteen service.

You can download it directly to your smartphone from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). The app provides real-time updates on your child’s activity in the canteen.

myNetPay is designed to simplify access to our services, allowing you to manage your child’s entry to the canteen and cafeterias efficiently.

For full functionality and access to additional options on your profile, we strongly recommend using the browser version.

Important notice : myNetPay is not replacing Apeee’s subscription site. Parents who want to subscribe to Apeee services still use the site https://services.apeee-bxl4.be

If you do not have the MyNetPay app yet :

  1. To get your credentials please send us an email at canteen@bru4.eu so we can create your account and send them to you before your first login.
  2. Using a browser please visit https://bru4.mynetpay.be/
  3. You can download the application by clicking on the buttons below or search in your App Store or Google Play Store.

First time login mobile app:

Upon first login the app will ask you to create a 4-digit password. Please note that this is not your account password. Choose one and confirm.

Choose “Find your organization” box and then choose Apeee Bru4.

Click the “I accept the terms and conditions” box and you will be prompted to enter your credentials.

For the first time please choose the “Forgotten username or password” option.

Enter your Username or e-mail address and choose User password option.

Click Reset password. An e-mail will be send to you.

  3. Your password has been saved
  4. Login to the App

First time login browser:

  2. Choose “Password forgotten” option

Enter your Username or e-mail address and choose User password option.

Click Reset password. An e-mail will be send to you.

Top up the account:

Several options for top up are available. See below for details on the active methods.

  1. Using a browser, login to the app and choose Top Up from the menu. Choose the amount and payment method and confirm.
  2. Using the mobile app, login to the app and choose Top Up from the menu. Choose the amount and payment method and confirm.
  3. Using the machine at the Canteen office (D building 1st floor)

For top up of 5€ and 10€ a transaction fee (depending on the bank) will be added to the amount.

Pre-orders:

Our system has a Pre-order option. Please follow the steps below.

 

Mobile

      1. Open the app and choose Easy Order
      2. Choose the pick up point, the category of the product and add it by pressing the ‘+
      3. Confirm the item by pressing Continue
      4. Choose the date and press Done
      5. Tick the box if you wish to receive a confirmation email of your order. Click Pay and confirm order
      6. Your pre-order is in the system.

If you want to cancel a pre-order.

    1. Open the app and choose Easy Order
    2. Click My Orders
    3. Choose Cancel this order and then confirm by OK

User profile information:

Using a browser, login to your MyNetPay account ( https://bru4.mynetpay.be ) to see and change your profile information.

  • Username – Your myNetpay username. Unique field that cannot be changed. Canteen service provides it.
  • Name – Your full name. Can be edited by the user
  • Email – The primary email address of your account. Update your email address in case it’s wrong. You can add multiple addresses separated by a semicolon.
  • Parent email – The secondary email address of your account. This is usually the parent email address. Update the email address in case it’s wrong. You can add multiple addresses separated by a semicolon.
  • Date of birth – Your date of birth. Update/change the date in case it’s wrong. ( optional )
  • Language – Your preferred language for the myNetpay site. ( EN, FR, NL )
  • Cards – Overview of the known Netpay cards. Cards with a checkmark are active and useable. To block your card simply uncheck the checkbox and save your profile. If the card is found later the same card can be enabled by checking the checkbox and saving your profile.
  • New password – Type in a new password for your myNetpay account.
  • Set new parent password – Type a new parent password for your myNetpay account. Or choose delete to erase the password.
  • Notify me – Select an amount with the slider. As soon as your balance drops below that amount an email is sent to the primary email address of the account.

What is the purpose of using our app?

What is the purpose of using our app?

When entering the refectory, your child will scan his/her badge in front of a reader, which will control his/her canteen inscription in our system and will be inform the team accordingly whether he/she has access to the daily menu.

Secondary children will be able to use as an electronic payment method either presenting their badge or by scanning App’s QR code in Cafeteria and Snack Shack. Top up is done either on the app or by credit card via the terminal available on the 2nd floor of the building.

How the application works with the school's token

Our application is working through the badge issued by the school to all students. This badge must be activated by our system before using our services. To do so, please send us an email (canteen@bru4.eu) to ask for a new account. Your child may also come directly to our offices (D building ) to have his/her badge activated manually.

The badge is linked to a parent account to be created via the “MyNetPay” app.

The token is valid from M1 to S7 and does not have to be renewed every year. Hence, if your child’s token has already been activated, you can continue to use our services.

Lost card?

Let us know as soon as possible.

Secondary: Also inform the educational adviser of your child’s level and ask them to issue a new token and come to our offices to activate this token.

(Nursery/Primary: Also inform the secretariat by sending them an email).

You can ask us (canteen@bru4.eu) a temporary card so that your child can continue uses Canteen services. A deposit of €5 will be taken from the account. Cards are available in building D, 1st floor.
