A second reminder has been sent on the 20th of January for the payment of the 2nd instalment. In our system we still have unpaid subscriptions. May we please ask all parents that have children with subscription at the Canteen service and still didn’t pay the 2nd instalment to contact us via : evangelos.pilatos@bru4.eu. Our communication might be in your spam folder. Please be aware that the inscriptions will pass to ‘refused’ status and the names of the pupils will be removed from our lists. The change of the status will be made on the 6th of February. Monday 9th of February the refused names won’t be in the list and the pupils won’t receive a hot meal.
Communication has been sent to parents with children in P5 that attended the Classe de Neige Trip in January. Below the options for the reimbursement:
· By default, we transfer the amount to your bank account. Bank account registered in our system will be used.
· We can also transfer of the amount to a badge/token of a child in our school.
· We can proceed to a reduction of the amount to be paid for the 3rd period.
