The new school year is just around the corner! We’re looking forward to welcoming you and your children back to school and wanted to share a few useful reminders to help you get ready for September.
- Welcome Coffee : Thursday 3 September
We are delighted to invite you to our Welcome Coffee on Thursday 3 September from 8:00 AM at the school, in the Canteen (Building D, 2nd floor).
It’s a great opportunity to meet other parents, discover our community and ask any questions you may have. Our Board members and APEEE Staff will be there to meet you and help you get ready for the year ahead.
For security reasons, please:
- Bring your ID card or passport.
- Inform the guards at the entrance.
⚠️ One last check before September: make sure your APEEE membership is active and that your children are registered for the services they need. A few minutes now can make the first days of school much easier!
To register for Transport, Canteen or Extracurricular activities, you must first have an active APEEE annual membership (one membership per family).
- Transport:
Registrations are still possible, but please note that only registrations submitted before 30 June were taken into account when designing the bus routes. For more information, contact at: transport@bru4.eu.
- Canteen:
Registrations are still possible. The 2026–2027 canteen schedule is available here. Make sure to check the page regularly to stay up to date with all important dates and information. For more information, contact at: canteen@bru4.eu.
- Extracurricular:
Registrations are still possible. The 2026–2027 programme is available here. Please keep in mind that activities will run from 28 September 2026 to 18 June 2027. To help families before the start of activities, the service is offering supervision from Friday 4 September until Friday 25 September. For more information, contact at: periscolaire@bru4.eu.
