Anna is originally from Russia and has been living in Belgium since 2006.
She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and later obtained an Executive Master’s in European Studies from ULB–IEE. Alongside her academic background, she trained as a professional coach up to MCC level and taught at the Coach Masters Academy.
Her passion for teaching began in 2003 when she started working with children in Taiwan. Since then, she has continued teaching languages children and adults in Belgium, helping learners develop language skills, confidence, and curiosity. She also studied Dutch at the CLT Language Centre of KU Leuven, which deepened her understanding of language learning from both a teacher’s and a student’s perspective.
Anna loves helping children discover new languages and creative skills in a fun and encouraging environment. She teaches Dutch through games, stories, crafts, songs, and interactive activities that make learning enjoyable and meaningful. She also leads knitting workshops, where children can create something with their own hands while naturally practicing English vocabulary and communication.
Creativity plays an important role in her teaching. Whether through language, crafts, storytelling, or hands-on projects, she believes that children learn best when they are engaged, curious, and free to express themselves. Her goal is to help every child feel confident, proud of their progress, and excited to keep learning.
In addition to group activities, Anna also offers private lessons in Dutch and Russian, and can provide English support for children when needed.
