1st semester
The objective of the first semester is to offer the opportunity to pupils to develop emotional skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, executive functioning, relax and bond as a group.
Each session focuses on specific themes explored through various activities, such as games, discussions, problem solving exercises, collaborative reflection, role play.
We learn about our brain and body, about emotions, about well-being and we acquire strategies to regulate ourselves when feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
As a result, pupils feel empowered, they feel in control of their minds and bodies, they become more confident, more motivated, HAPPIER!
2nd semester
The objective of the second semester is to develop social skills such as: social awareness, interpersonal skills and responsible decision making.
Through carefully designed activities, pupils learn active listening, cooperation, problem solving, conflict resolution, empathy and enhancing diversity.
Social skills are one of the most important aspects of human development. People generally need social interaction to find joy and meaning in their lives. They are also linked to greater success in school and better relationships with peers.
